The custom hoodies are ready!

Just a little reminder that if you're going for your 1st, 2nd or 3rd Dan black belt, you need to write an essay about your journey in martial arts.

Please make sure you hand it in before the black belt grading.

Presentation Evening

The Presentation Evening is on Saturday 28th November.

Everyone is welcome to come along, support our students' black belt achievements and watch some fantastic demonstrations from students and parents.

If you or your family would like to perform, whether it's martial arts, dancing, singing or another hidden talent, please let us know! It's £3 per person to attend, or free if you're taking part in a performance.

Adult Christmas Meal

The adult Christmas meal is booked and filling up fast!

It's on Sunday 6th December at Lime in Nuthall at 6:30 pm. We have a maximum of 40 spaces, so please let us know if you'd like to come along.

Christmas Cinema Trip

The cinema is booked, but we don't know which film we'll be watching yet. This will take place on Saturday 19th December at 9 am. Please let us know if you're interested in coming along.



Christmas Orders

If you'd like to order anything for Christmas, such as T-shirts, jumpers, coats, bags or sparring equipment, please place your order before Sunday 15th November.

This will help ensure we receive everything in time for Christmas.
